Frances Goh is an corporate innovation coach and customer champion. Her career spans the private and not-for-profit sectors in finance, business operations, marketing research, project management and business model development. She is passionate about empowering organisations to achieve innovation excellence, whether it’s through keynotes, facilitating workshops or guiding clients through the innovation journey.
Frances is a trusted advisor to her clients’ and is passionate about developing their innovation education, culture and transformation. She brings experience across a broad number of sectors including telecommunications, FMCG, education, energy, logistics and real estate. What excites her is using innovation based methodologies that generate actionable strategies for organisations. She is most fulfilled when these strategies inform commercial decision-making and new growth opportunities.
Shay Namdarian is GM of Customer Strategy at Collective Campus. Shay has launched his own successful startups, is a regular facilitator/speaker and has provided advice to large Australian and global organisations. His passion lies in customer experience, design thinking and corporate innovation.
Shay has gained extensive experience across consulting firms including Ernst & Young, Accenture and Capgemini. He has worked on numerous projects within financial services, most notably at National Australia Bank (NAB) and Westpac.
During his time in the corporate world, Shay got the start-up itch and launched his own fashion label Barnaby in 2013. Barnaby socks has since been stocked in stores across Australia and the brand has had placements in key publications including GQ and The Daily Telegraph.
