King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) wanted to better understand what it should be considering when investing in and/or partnering with startups.

Collective Campus reviewed KWM’s existing startup investment criteria and updated and extended it to include measures more apt for startup investment as opposed to the acquisition of established, mature organisations.

These metrics built upon the following areas: product, company, strategy alignment, timing, market, management team, customer and finance.
