Disruption – Decoding the Mindset Required to Thrive and Survive

A free design thinking session on disruptive innovation

We will be running a free design thinking session where you will not only gain exposure to and an appreciation for human-centred design, if you haven’t already – but will also be working on ‘cracking the code’ behind the mindset, behaviours and personal characteristics that support and inhibit innovation in large organisations. In addition, this event is a networking opportunity – you will hear from and share ideas with industry peers to gain a deeper appreciation of what it takes to survive industry disruption and put this knowledge into practice.

Case Study

Nokia was once cited by management consultants world-wide as being one of the greatest company of the World – it won awards for innovation, product quality, marketing, agility and attracting the best talent

Some of the Questions we will ask:

  • Why will your company be different and survive industry disruption?
  • What is the biggest challenge you will face as a leader?
  • What are the toughest decisions you will face?
  • What is the biggest resistance you will encounter within your organisation?
  • What does the journey look like?
