The silly season is now in full swing, many of us will make bold promises to ourselves in the form of new year’s resolutions. Almost a third of these resolutions would have become unstuck in the first two weeks of 2017, according to research carried out by StatisticBrain.

In this episode, I talk about blockers and enablers. Whatever your resolution, make sure you address these first if you want to make it to the end of 2017 amongst the 8% of people who achieved and kept their resolutions.
