Feedback… when was the last time you asked of objective, honest and critical feedback?
I’m not just talking about those mandated and ineffective annual performance reviews, I’m talking about ongoing feedback from not just people above you in the food chain, but your peers and people who report to you.
The human brain can only consciously process something like 120 bits of information, yet at any given moment we are surrounded by several million bits of information which we can only ever process subconsciously.
As such, our perceptions of the world are shaped by how we choose to see them, and often, our perceptions of ourselves too.
